CEO
Dain Hammond
After graduating from the Longwood College School of Business, Dain worked throughout the Eastern Seaboard and Caribbean, staffing and performing contractual oversight on multiple private and government environmental remediation and construction projects, including several D.O.D. and E.P.A Superfund projects.
Dain returned home to the Shenandoah Valley to preside over Hammond Insurance Services, and later founded Hammond Asset Management in 2003. Dain is the proud father of Elsie Irene and Olivia Trent Hammond and resides in Augusta County spending time with his daughters whenever possible.

Connor Beasley
After living overseas, Connor earned his degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship at Virginia Commonwealth University. Throughout his years at VCU, Connor worked at Hammond Asset Management in various roles, from the ground up in Maintenance to that of Vice President. When Connor isn’t working, his passion takes him anywhere outdoors and hopefully in the company of his trusty hound dog, Copper.

Jessica Roach
Jessica brings 15 years’ experience in property and portfolio management. As a Charlottesville native and later moving into the Shenandoah Valley, Jessica followed a passion for working with people in the local communities. Later her degree in Public Administration led her career path through various management roles; municipal government, law enforcement accreditation, government staffing, non-profits, and property management. While working as Portfolio Manager for Hammond Asset Management, Jessica manages on-site as acting General Manager for 865 East, The Residences & Plaza. Jessica enjoys spending time with her daughters, traveling, cycling, and baking.
